In this type of partnership; most of the times the city provides the building and contributes monthly for the maintenance of the project. The governmental amount received is used for food, salaries and maintenance. Star of Hope gives all the plus in order to reach its standards of quality, which is provide to every child assisted a good start in life. Among the activities developed by Star of Hope are; to work with the community, provide training to all staffs in order to learn how to treat the children; organize special events to the children and families such as Easter, children’s day, mother’s day, Christmas and etc, and everything that is demanded to transmit joy to a child.

Convênio de parcerias com as prefeituras
Nesse tipo de convênio o município cede o prédio e faz repasse mensal em dinheiro para manutenção da unidade. O dinheiro é usado para: compra de alimentos, pagamento de salários, despesas de manuntenção e etc.
A Estrela da Esperança faz o complemento através de doações adicionais, para arcar com as demais despesas do CEI.
